Arguably the reduction in IQ by Semitic immigration is what caused the fall of Rome.

They even forgot how to make concrete, which was their thing.

A democratic republic could compensate for this by setting IQ requirements for voting and campaigning. But I expect it would still fall.

Roman concrete is pretty amazing. While they claim they can now reproduce it, they can't. They can, however, make something which approximates it but only lasts hundreds of years and not thousands.

We still don't know how they made Roman concrete. Meanwhile in Africa they were still making straw bricks.

I believe I read that Roman concrete was made from volcanic pumice. The exact manufacturing process has been lost. So many processes have been forgotten over time. How to make real Damascus steel, for example. Or ancient Chinese porcelain. Or Japanese cast iron art objects. I doubt very much if any iron foundry in the world could cast and shape and temper the massive gun barrels that were made in the Krupp Works in Germany for WW1 and WW2.

You can think of it this way: the original definition of retarded/gifted was one standard deviation down/up the IQ chart. That put it at 85IQ and 115IQ, respectively. Genius would be 2 standard deviations away, an IQ of ~130. That would put uhhh ultra-retards at ~70IQ.

To put this into perspective, in the early days American military forces committed themselves to a large variety of scientific studies to bring about a new age of combat, likely due in part to how well Germany was doing in that arena.

One of these studies was IQ and usefulness. They found out that an IQ of ~85 was the absolute lower limit of what they could use. It was basically where the USArmy simply wasted too many resources/manpower to get anything out of a recruit. They literally couldn't justify using someone at or lower than an 85IQ as cannon fodder to catch bullets otherwise destined for more useful individuals.

In the modern era (((scientists))) have long since moved the requirement for an official diagnosis of retarded downwards. Likely this was done to save on disability payments, back when the gov gave a fuck about that. Why? Well, because:

Other races are high enough in intelligence that they can inter-function, but the average Negro is too low in intelligence to handle even the day-to-day requirements of Western civilization. But its beyond IQ isn’t it? There are other behavioral traits that are different. Blacks seem to be more opportunistic and prone to violent or aggressive strategies. Perhaps because in a relatively bountiful environment like africa, the biggest obstacle was sexual competition from other blacks? Plant based food is available 365 days a year which decreases the need for females to be supported by a mate who can hunt. Compare that with northern eurasia where theres no food other than shit you stored and animals you can kill for 5 months out of the year at least. Many sub saharan africans are matrilineal because dads dont support their wives and kids. They apparently don’t need to in that environment.

Middle easterners are patriarchal polygamists—- paternity is established (sexual control of females) so males generally support their mates and children. Private property is a thing. But this is also a strategy focusing on male on male sexual competition. Sexual aggression and territoriality is high and trust between males is low. Its not a highly cooperative society. Again there is a lot of opportunism although the IQ is higher than among sub saharan africans. How will you build a prosperous environment in an environment in which such a high number of males are incels, and only the most ambitious and greedy ones are reproductively successful. No one should wonder why M Easterners are always fighting.

It seems as if northern eurasian agriculturalist patriarchal monogamists are the most peaceful people with the highest IQs and the highest trust societies (perhaps tied with East Asians) which means men can focus on being productive and not fucking each other over. True information, not disinformation, is critical to the functioning of these societies. When truth is highly valued, men can compete on merit (productive behavior) and not scheming (which leads to corrupt societies.)

But the double edge of being a high trust society is your people are so guileless and open to manipulation. We did not see what jews were doing to our society because they looke like us. Whites want to “be fair” with blacks, not understanding that blacks are playing an opportunistic game.

So I would say this is partly why they have lower IQ. The pressure to have a smaller cranium for improved thermodynamic function outweighed the need for a big brain need to plan out the most efficient use of resources, particularly since resources are plentiful in africa, if you can kill the other dudes around you.

Instead of thinking about why africans have an atrophied brain, consider why caucasians and east asians have such a hypertrophied brain.

Of course some of these disparities could come from genes from introgression of non-homo sapiens populations. Neanderthal had a big head. Denisovan had a smaller head than us. What was the ghost population that west africans and bantu have ancestry from? He lived in africa so its not likely that he had a big head either.

semites live in worse heat than blacks and they look rather human, north africa, middle east are tropical deserts. denisovans that settled near the equator like south asians and the pacific islanders dont seem to have a heatsink problem and are not known to be dumb as marbles(though i have not had the occasion to meet one to verify)

Both Basketball and Football were invented by white men. They are far to complex for low iq types to invent or even fully understand. So much like the school system being designed for the lowest iq in the room to "drag" everybody along, so is football. As an ex HS coach, if I have half of the offense being up to speed, I could call several plays in a row that they could execute with out a huddle. The smart ones would "help" their position mates. That's why a smart QB is soo important, he has to know what he does, and what everyone else "must" do for the play to be successful. As for basketball, since it is a fast moving game with little stoppage, it is easier for low iq's to be successful because it relies on speed and athleticism versus coordinated actions. Much more like African tribal battles which are not coordinated except for the show up time. Football is much more like battle, a less "athletic" Roman Legion always beats the "fast twitch" armies, no matter how large at "show up time" So both sports are an imitation of warfare, one the style of fast twitch niggers running on the Savannah, versus the attrition style of Roman warfare.
