Lmao...

Nearly 8 in 10 women surveyed said their workloads had increased since the pandemic began, but so did their responsibilities at home. Most women described feeling as if they always had to be "on" for work,

Ah yes, "feelings." Always a good metric for oppression.

with only 22 percent saying they feel their employers have helped them establish clear boundaries between work and personal time.

And why is that their responsibility?

Job satisfaction, according to the survey, dropped by 29 points over the pandemic, with women considering opting out of their workplaces — or the workforce entirely — in troublingly large numbers.

Must be nice for work to be some optional hobby you do to feel satisfied.

This shit never lines up with what I've seen in my life.

Of all the women I know, most of them half ass their jobs at home- they don't cook, have other people clean, hit their kids, etc and the women I've worked with are constantly fucking around on the job, shopping online or just gossiping.

My ex constantly complained about the shit she did around the house when all she did was make a mess. All her friends were the same. If I split the work 50/50 she complained that she did everything, if I did everything she complained about doing everything. Once I moved out her life completely fell apart. It's like they are children that can't take care of themselves.

I remember my sister complaining about her work every day when she got home back in the day. I used to think she must have had it so hard... then when I grew up I realized she was a part time cashier at a retail store. One of the easiest jobs on the fucking planet but she made it sound like she was breaking her back every day.

Women have no idea about life because they never really have to work or worry. They always have an out so doing even a little work seems like a terrible burden. They'd never have to work in a coal mine or a fishing trawler. I've also seen women fuck up at every job I've had. They constantly make stupid mistakes and cost the company money.

Sick of this shit. Some of you are so blinded with hatred of women you can't see straight.

Working class women were never privileged and were forced into laborious and dangerous jobs out of sheer necessity. Their lives were often miserable, violent, and short.

Don't conflate the experiences of self indulgent middle and upper women with the vast majority of women through history.

The next few years are going to see women leaving the workforce in droves. By the time Gen Z are leaving college the theme will have changed from muh boss lady to women need to stay home. Just watch

Because only women are reading news articles at Yahoo ... and you, apparently.
