that being said, they prioritise everyone except white males so you will go backwards in the queue for the academy, and given that they magicked up thousands of extra thugs in special uniforms i dont think the extras theyre getting are recruited publically.... these fucking things are special ops golems from somewhere, either theyre something military or pod people but they came from absolutely nowhere and are an absolute menace.
