I saw the arrest coming. He has no legal defense.
The real question is whether his followers will rise to support him strongly - a large public outcry still has serious deterrent value vrs the state in Canada - like how Ontario's Premier Ford backed off some of his total travel ban orders after the public freaked out.
Canadians are losing patience. Not yet ready to burn the country like the USA, but a lot of fear is now turning to anger. Anger is not yet rage.
There are now protests in multiple locations... marches are growing in size.
Alberta is particularly conservative, though I cannot speak for Calgary itself. Our "British" governing system is actually quite authoritarian, and always has been a police state.
Authoritarians are thugs who really only respect a hard punch in the nose. If they see that coming, then they back off. It's the only language they understand.
