One was late 70s and the other was 52. Both were not in good shape

I bet they are saying the 52 year old was "so young and full of life" despite being clearly very ill even before COVID.

I hear that a lot.

That's why I encourage people to hit the gym. I'm working on gaining more strength in my body right now. Eventually I want more muscle mass and endurance
