What if some of these vaccinated people get really sick but don't die, and then discover that eating human brains from unvaccinated host helps them live longer?
At that point it would pay to be a member of the well armed and prepared populace wouldn't it?

That wouldn't happen. There's no way to stop or slow down prion diseases.
