I had to take out the garbage/recycling the other day. There was a bottle filled with a thick fabric softener (biodegradable btw), and I dumped it at the end of my driveway. Not someone else's driveway, my fucking driveway. I was waiting for the rain to wash it away. Then this fuck in a mask visits my house, who is not the garbage man, or a cop, and says not to do that. What the fuck is wrong with these dumb liberal cunts? (This was a man BTW). They've taken it upon themselves to be authorities on everything, and to tell people what to do. Go kill yourself, and mind your own business, you worthless liberal cunt. Yes, I live in a liberal zone. Fucking nightmare. These liberals are so fucking nosey, and think they know better than everyone else.

The driveway feeds into the stormwater system, which either flows directly to an outlet (river, lake, ocean) or into the groundwater.
The drains in your home feed into the sewage system, which has treatment plants with bacteria specifically designed to break down biodegradable substances in the water before it's released to catchment areas (or you've got a septic tank, which has those bacteria in it).

Pouring it out in the driveway means that the fabric softener is degrading in living animals much higher up the food chain. Pour it down the toilet next time.

I know exactly how it works and I know how systems and policies work in general. When your system requires everybody to act a certain way (ie. wearing a mask, pouring softener in the drain) and it inevitably fails, it's all on you, the policy maker, the system designer.

Obviously it can handle any kind of consumer waste, how about you go after the big manufacturers that actually manage to make a dent on this system instead of acting and talking like a faggot.
