EPA gives middle class county cash to buy new buses and DESTROY old ones to save the environment. Meanwhile poor counties are driving buses from the stone age that pollute 10 times worse and 20 less safe. Nobody thought of giving the old buses to the poor counties and retiring THOSE buses
