When the fuck did their entire tier one tech support team become niggers? I've tried for the past hour to get them to fix a technical issue on their web site and I keep getting niggers that have no fucking clue what even basic terminology means.

ME: I'm having a problem with the transaction search function on the USAA web site.
USAA: What seems to be the problem?
ME: When I search for transactions that I know exist it doesn't find all of them. For example, if I search for "Quicken Loans" I should see 12 payments to Quciken Loans in the past year. Instead, I see only 9. When I manually scroll through the register I see all 12 transactions.
USAA: You need to call the merchant and ask them why it's not showing up.
