When the fuck did their entire tier one tech support team become niggers? I've tried for the past hour to get them to fix a technical issue on their web site and I keep getting niggers that have no fucking clue what even basic terminology means.

How do I know it's niggers?

USAA: Hello. This is LaQuan, how can I assist you today? ME: I'm having a problem with the transaction search function on the USAA web site. USAA: What seems to be the problem? ME: When I search for transactions that I know exist it doesn't find all of them. For example, if I search for "Quicken Loans" I should see 12 payments to Quciken Loans in the past year. Instead, I see only 9. When I manually scroll through the register I see all 12 transactions. USAA: You need to call the merchant and ask them why it's not showing up. ME: Wut

I have called USAA in the past and always received a competent person when there was a technical issue. This was the first time my call made it to the nigger room. When did this start? I gotta move banks.

Used to bank with them. Ended that because they are horrible at banking. Now only have car loan with them. When car is paid, I will have nothing more to do with them.

Called USAA just yesterday to add a car to the policy. Non-native-English speaker had a very very tough time handling what should be an incredibly simple request.

Also, their automated call answering robot is absolute hell. I "participated" in their after-call survey to tell them so.

Customer service has been generally and severely declining everywhere in recent years.
