Having a carbonated beverage once in a month or so will do no harm. It's the people who substitute it for water that have a problem.

I know a lot of people that would love to stop buying Coke products but don't know all the products that they sell and buy their stuff all the time. And seriously, who would be expected to memorize all the products woke companies sell so that you can avoid them. Even if there was a phone app that lists them all who would scroll through a list of thousands of products just to complete a 5 min shopping trip?
I do my best to ban these companies but it is not easy.
