Personally, I’d vote for buying up a good bit of Africa and paying for the natives to leave. Maybe even a 1 for 1 with white Americans.

Not a chance. I like the ocean between me and millions of blacks. It was tried before in Rhodesia and presently in South Africa. Besides it would be a huge disservice to the founders of this nation and anyone who fought to protect her just to abandon it... because why? Because we were too pussy shit to defend it? To correct our mistake?
Now I know why so many of the societies in science fiction stories live in cities that float or are otherwise inaccessible from the ground.
