Right or wrong, I think this is one of liberals more logical beliefs. They simply don't believe that a baby has any rights, or is even human, until after it is born. I personally disagree. I'd be curious to know the official leftist stance on shooting a pregnant woman in the stomach (like their hero Fentanyl Floyd threatened to do).
Now, some people like the black faced baby killer Ralph Northam think killing a baby after birth is still an abortion. I've never really heard what the logic behind this is, but I suspect it's pretty twisted. However, I don't think that is a mainstream liberal belief. At least not yet.

The Frankfurt School started teaching Marxist ideologies in the US after WW2. By the time the 60s rolled around the cultural revolution was well under way here under the guise of the hippie movement, and feminism, and race relations (fun fact: Critical Race Theory was created at the Frankfurt School, in the 1920s I think it was), and in various other movements that were all about getting rid of staunchly repressive traditions and replacing them with something 'better'.
Fast forward to today and every single one of those movements is actively in the process of destroying Western civilization all under the banner of morality.
Watching mobs burn and loot cities while claiming it's to avenge the deaths of demonstrably petty criminals is so bizarre as to be laughable, yet it shows no sign of slowing down.
The <cough> President of the USA is a doddering puppet put in place by a clearly corrupt system, yet he is the so-called leader of the free world.
Political correctness has made a mockery of the values of our forefathers -- of the very people who struggled and fought and died all to give us the advantages that we now take for granted -- and has crippled businesses and public institutions to the point where they can barely function.
Jews and blacks continue to cry victim and Whites continue to pay their demands even though only a few minutes of thinking can easily destroy their false claims.
