In that white category are hispanics, light skinned blacks, muslims, jews, and anyone else that doesn't easily fit into the other categories.

And for the Asian one, they include Indians, and people with brown skin (I believe, correct me if I'm wrong). If you remove them Asians have an even lower crime-rate.
