I work for a company that has a week quarantine policy if you leave the continental US. I went to a territory and missed the next week of work for quarantine.

The company said I was to be compensated before I went on the trip and now has backtracked on the decision. Do I have any laws or recent bills that the company is in violation of?

I'm actually drafting my resume at the moment. I'm trying to get my lost income before I go.

I hope you do.

Thanks mate. I appreciate it. Company has been progressively getting worse and worse ever since the covid restrictions started. This was the final straw.

There should be a law for workers rights that you can pull up and check. I don't know where you are. But if you weren't working they might get away with it even if they forced you not to work. Maybe you can get a tax break for being part time.

Damned right.

When the company disrespects you it's time to go.
