There are too many people in this world that think once we reach X, then it will stop. You think once the phones are tapped they won't monitor email and ISPs? When they outlaw full auto weapons they won't ever come for your muskets? After the muskets are taken, long knives will be safe? After long knives are gone, pointed kitchen knives will still be allowed? It's just a mask, they'll never ask you to get vaccinated before entering a store. It's just DNA therapy, they won't ever change your DNA for the worse. They harmed you once before, and you have no recourse, but trust the system, they can't exclusively do harm, right? When has there ever been a situation anytime in history where people had power to do something, and after it was done, they said to themselves, "Yes, this is fine, I'm good now. We have total power and just did this thing, and now we will stop. I guess I'll retire."? Slippery slopes are natural and expected, yet entire populations of people seem to be 'Pikachu surprised' when the agenda continues to advance down the same course.
