I agree - even one is too many. Those percentages are for the entire county though. Depending on the population of the county, that 0.11% could equate to being just one house someplace at the edge of the county with one nigger or a niggress with one or more nog spawn living there. Anyone who might look at that county seriously should definitely research more into those numbers. For me, Arkansas is too far south for my interest - too close in proximity to the flood of invaders being brought over the border and too close to the niggers to the east. I think the more northern and eastern the better.
