Had a lot of fun doing the ol' "Wallet on a fishing pole" gag with my pals as a kid. Damned near got our asses beat a couple of times pranking older guys who were of driving age. Was interesting to see which people would look both ways to see if anyone was watching as they went to pick it up. Those ones I am pretty sure planned on keeping at minimum, any cash in the wallet. That first tug on the line to pull it away from their hands was always epic "Fish On!" Good Times.
