A social security card might be free I havent done that in so long I can't remember. Then there is the proof of residency. Some people don't have bills in their names.

Walk in the hospital where you were born. They will not charge you for a certificate. As for socials, I have like three or four of them (all the same number). They hand them out like candy. If you don't have bills in your name, what the fuck are you doing?
I moved hundreds of miles away from the hospital I was born at 3 weeks after I left it. You all are viewing the world from a singular myopic perspective.
