Picture holds true 100%
Whenever anyone says this to me for calling out the atrocious behavior of niggers and jews, I always respond with this:
You know when you're allowed to shout "fire" in a crowded theater? When the fucking thing is on fire.
False.
That's when you shout niggers.
In all practicality, you are right,
But in reality, the constitution and the bill of rights are dead.
You wear a shit that says "Nigger" to the grocery store, and some random nigger knocks you out without warning, he's getting off scott free.
You do this in California or New York, and not only will he get off scott free, but you will be charged with a "hate" crime for provoking the violent animals.
As a point of constitutional law, you are incorrect. It is long established case law that words likely to incite imminent lawless action are not protected.
