Something I know is wrong, but i have very little control over. The IRS owes me money. At the same time, I need to pay my mortgage and bills. Now i dont redline, so this doesnt affect me personally, but it is an interesting topic.Someone owes you money, and that person knows NOT paying you will force you into debt, and that they simply need to pay you after their buddy (the bank) gets their fines from you. And yet if you are a second late on YOUR payment, they will slap you with fees. If the govt is 6 months late or more they talk on some puniy interest rate. This system needs to die
