Paul Murray, 31, was stopped by Secret Service officers outside the Naval Observatory, where the vice president’s home is located. Though he was unarmed, police searched his car parked in a Washington DC garage, finding the rifle and the ammunition. He was arrested on suspicion of carrying a dangerous weapon, carrying a rifle or shotgun outside of a business, possession of unregistered ammunition and possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device.

He was arrested for possession even though he possessed nothing when stopped. How the fuck did the Secret Service know he had a car, where it was parked, and get probable cause to search it?

So, anyone with a 2 mile radius of the bitch's house who own firearms are now considered a threat to the bitch?

Why they go to search the vehicle and how they knew about it is a good god damn question. The answer is:

He was on a watch list, or more likely, they profiled him and just deiced to fuck with him for whatever reason. Also, the constitution means nothing when courts don't defend it, and we are expected not to challenge violations on the street.
