Don't know what verse to put this into ...

I did a whole 20 pushups yesterday, and my shoulders hurt today. I used to do 150 every day last year during the Summer.

My God I have become a faggot. Anyway. I will be doing more and more pushups and start walking again.

Who wants to join the challenge?

E: The challenge is bragging about what workout you did that day. Folks that are already experts of "I pick things up and I put them down" need not apply. You'll just make us amateurs sad.

3 sets of 7ish ever other day. Still got the rona rolls. Goal is 20 in a set.

Eh just (physicalish) work for me today. Walking after work next week. Around this time last year, I got furloughed and was walking ~6 mi M-F, along with a lot of low weight high rep lifting. Going to sleep exhausted is a great feeling compared to going to sleep after over-indulging in booze and food... winter wasn’t so good.

I appreciate that man. Job’s not too physical, definitely on my feet all day, slinging plenty of 40lb 19” rack devices. We’re slow cause of the Rona, otherwise I’d be carrying/ wrangling 60a 4/5 cable. Not bad til you gotta grab the 50 footers ha.

Man I’m ready to get back on the active bit. Was eating very well too, baked chicken and vegge, little booze. Kinda like why do the former without the latter.

One day "you are not feeling it" you remember all it takes is to slack off and you lose it. I've been there too, and the reminder of what it is to let a day slip keeps me going daily.
