starts out with a couple diversity hires--then the diversity hires root-in and implement a bias of only hiring/promoting their own kind [obvious but unquestioned]. It happens anywhere the show of "diversity" takes place (originally a token to fight/avoid accusations of racism/sexism/etc. of the jewish agenda). Starting as a gesture it soon becomes regrettably real, and a actual bias becomes institutionalized wall-to-wall.
