where does the 40% come from? NY has 15,000 old folks die. If the other 4 states had the same number that would be 75,000. What gives?
It's fake news. I posted about this before. Those five states made up 31.8% total deaths while accounting for 27.6% population as of a few days ago. NY and NJ had substantially more deaths than average, but the other three are middle of the pack.
I'm not saying the governors did nothing wrong. In my opinion, any governor who instituted a mask mandate or lockdown should be in jail, but this fake news isn't helping prove our point.

They weren’t all beating seniors. But they put them in qquarantine with 85 year olds who were not infected! Literally the WORST thing you could do. These people need bullets .
Yeah I remember. Gretchen Whitmer needs to be charged as an accessory to every count of elderly abuse that happened from her policies. So do the other governors who used this and other means to push up the death tolls.
Additionally, it was not just the governors and politicians responsible for the deaths. The hospitals, doctors, and nurses had a large part of it. It took them way too long to stop putting people on ventilators. They would restrain patients and essentially suffocate them to death of a protracted time period.
There is also the media, medical journals, pharmaceutical companies, and testing companies. Part of the reason this hoax might never be exposed is there are way to many people with stuff to lose because of their actions over the last year.
