I'd need a lot more info before I'd accept something as broad as this statement. mRNA is a part of a normal functioning organism, it's the way information is copied out of DNA in order to produce proteins. It might be the form of mRNA in the vaccine, or some other feature of the way it operates, increases the risk; but I need to see details.
