The unfortunate reality is that the dumbass NPC masses need something to lead them. Be it religion, monarchs, a caste system, or a totalitarian Big Brother. There are very very few of us who seek freedom, and are fully aware of the responsibilities that comes with it(~8%).
And I think that's the crux of it. The NPCs simply aren't willing, nor able, to handle the responsibilities that come with providing for themselves, a family, a community, a town/county, and a State. The one's able to do these things also happen to overwhelmingly (think 95%+) be Whuite Men.
Which is why you see the parasites seeking power subverting the works of White men, family, community, and the State at every turn.
