You seem confused and think I'm advocating for the chopping of dickskin when I'm just criticizing your dumbass assertion that Africans aren't having widespread problems caused by diseased fluid and skin cells being trapped inside their dickskin folds. Circumcision reduces STD transmission rates in unhygienic populations.
