Conundrum: Whenever I am at a restaurant with a lot of black customers I over-tip. I can't decide if i do it to make up for the lack of tips I know the server is losing from cheap blacks, or if it is because I want the server to confirm her beliefs that blacks are as cheap as jews.

Dangerous to be around majority blacks. Also isn’t that kinda reparations on top of your taxes welfare and culture being destroyed. Now making up for it in poor tips.
