Nice. From the era when McDonald's was greasy, but not GMO. Good times.
I wish I had tried the fries back when they were fried in tallow instead of vegetable oil.

God damn... That takes me back.
Back when unicorns and rainbows weren’t tarnished
There were never unicorns. Christ was the rainbow. As children we were too ignorant to know this and as we come to understand our nations history, we grow to forever hate baby boomers for denying us our inheritance.
Can you hear the ping sound it made when it hit the table?
Seriously you could smoke at a McDonolds? Like... when?
Must've been before my time. Either that or the fact my parents never bought us McDonald's.
We didn’t go much, it was a special occasion type of meal, both my parents were good cooks..
I do remember getting.35-.40-.50 cent burgers on the anniversary days. Crazy
I remember the orangish glass ones

Foil was cheaper than replacing ripped off glass ones?
Smoking nostalgia?
Had a stewardess serve me (very under age) champagne, in the mid 70’s. People dressed up to fly then, unlike pj’s and slippers, now a days.
I remember being served alongside my parents starting around age 10, different schnapps and digestive things. I also remember dressing up to travel. My dad fondly recalls tuxedo nights on cruises. Yesterday I saw multiple women wearing thongs on the beach and it pained me how far our society has fallen.
I lived in Germany back then. I often went to McD's just to have a beer (oh yes) and a few cigs, upstairs in the smoking area. YES, THEY SOLD BEER!!
Doch? At my German middle school they freaking SOLD BEER and cigarettes. You could have it mixed with fanta or cola and it was nbd to see kids having one or the other during break at 10am.
I worked at a Dunlop factory, chemical and rubber products. A wagon rolled around a few times a day, selling beer....we usually would stagger out. As long as the work got done nobody cared. Once I passed out in the break room, and the foreman dumped a garbage can over my head. I apologized, cracked a fresh 'Henninger Export', and went back to work. GREAT times!
And remember, Germans produce some of the finest goods the world has ever seen. Just imagine what they could achieve sober! Haha
Holy fuck is this real? Did you used to be able to smoke in Mc Donalds?!?!?
Sure, all places
that' nuts.
Airplanes and cars with the widows up really sucked 🤢
Yep. You could smoke in hospitals back then.
can't even imagine that.
Designated areas of course.
My grandmother said they had instant shot whiskey machines in the 40s at Ma Bell= AT&T.
LMAO.
I did, many times. Stores, hospitals, bakeries...everywhere.
I had no idea you were that old, sevens.
As I patiently explained yesterday, I am a DIFFERENT faggot. And yes, I am ancient, you should pity me.
So, 42?
I don't remember smoking in McDonald's but I remember loving the combo of their fries and pizza. I also loved trolling people in the play space as a kid.

👍
We used go to MCD and play magic cards and smoke cigarettes.
Fun times, unless the manager didn’t like ya
