So, I actually tried to get into astral projection ... I’m able to lucid dream ... but the techniques for astral projection I just couldn’t master. I couldn’t get them at all in fact. Not once. I think one strategy is laying down and focusing on an area like some distance away in the room you’re in and poof you’re supposed to be out of your body after trying really hard. It’s been a few years ... but yeah ... I failed. I also tried hypnosis. Lots of people have supposedly been successful so don’t lose hope!
