It's apparent you have not read the Word of God. Try reading Ephesians chapter 2 and let me know how I am not telling the truth. If you care to actually know what Christ commands us to do, read the book of Matthew. My views are wholly optimistic and founded on Jesus Christ being THE Savior of man.
