Man i tried to watch that at work a while back. I thought it was rad when i was like 9 years old. Its really terrible. Bloodsport is still fucking badass though.

Just watched it last weekend for the first time as part of a pack of schlocky movies I snagged at a thrift shop.
Good lord it was awful.
Robot Jox, on the other hand, was amazing.

I looked it up and I see two “unofficial” sequels: Robot Wars, and Crash and Burn. I definitely am interested in all three films. I am prepared, however, for disappointment, because I really enjoyed how tight and straightforward Robot Jox was.
