Normal people do not make that face. Normal people do not adopt that posture and use their hands that way. Your subconscious immediately tells you "this guy is evil - don't trust him! He looks like villains from cartoons!" Normal people should have a natural aversion to the way Bill Gates behaves. Even when he is "lounging around", "relaxing", everything about him is abnormal. Over the years he has clearly practiced how to converse with others and not frighten them immediately. There are traces of mimicry in how he gesticulates that add to the mix, making him seem even weirder. tl;dr You can sense evil; they try to hide it - and Bill Gates is it.
