For every "should have shot to kill scenario" cops are in, there are 10,000 instances where they are escalating unnecessarily and enforcing their fragile egos, not law, because they're fundamentally pussies. They are the enforcement arm of the elite, nothing more, nothing less.

I think you could remove some with brain scans but the majority aren't psychopaths/sociopaths - at least not at the beginning of their careers. They're conditioned to ALWAYS back their brothers in blue, regardless of circumstances. It's a gang with unwritten rules that cops pick up on very quickly.
