No. Not everyone voting at that time were Boomers. When the boomers, collectively, hit 18, they got the vote. They took it from the "greatest generation" and Gen X never had the numbers. They decided every single election after that and will until they, collectively, get too old to vote or die off. This is why the "industrial complexes" catered to them.
