Didn't combustibles in STORAGE there ignite (or ignited by inhabitants)? Government didn't use incendiaries did they?

i think the gov blamed it on the flammable tear gas they pumped into the house that killed children

flammable tear gas doesn't seem like a competents' tool. SURELY they TESTED this on mock assaults. Doesn't hold water to me, but that (unfortunately) doesn't mean the government wouldn't call that an acceptable explanation (close case).
