Have family in GM, they said during their meeting one of the bosses for the plants called it the “China-virus” and they got fired on the spot.

Usually, firing someone requires documentation over time, to avoid/defend against a Title IX legal action. What was the reason given? Does he have a history, or was it really just “out of the blue” for a truthful description of the Ching Chong Spicy Kung Pao Sweet and Sour Chinky Chinky Bioweapon?

Edit: And who the hell “banned” the term “China virus”? Did chairman biden’s kike handlers declare this and not tell everyone?

I remember seeing recently that Biden ordered executive agencies not to use the term "China Virus" or any of it's variants. Government agencies don't normally out in the open do business with companies that don't follow the agency's rules and GM wants in on some that sweet 100% electric fleet and the graft that it entails. It's absolutely believable that OP's uncle was fired on the spot.

Not if it is an "at will" situation, then no reason is needed.

I'm not a lawyer (thank God). I have been told as I reported above, because it has been partof my responsibilities to hire people, and sometimes to fire someone.

"Right-to-work state" or "at-will employment" does not shield an emplpyer from accusations of civil rights violations, and the requisite legal bullshit if some ass-mad monkey wants to push it.

Employers are generally risk-averse re: human relations issues, because founders have lawyers too, because they need them, unfortunately.

(I've founded and sold several companies. It is harder than it seems to build worth, and ass-hurt little faggots make it only harder.)

Which is why you don't give any reasons if you just want someone gone, I have done it before myself. If anyone asks, "they were not a good fit." is all you need to say.
