I see this posted often around the internet, saying that people who don't immediately visualize a bright red apple are lacking an inner dialogue. When I close my eyes and think of something I see the word, hopefully with correct spelling. I've been a voracious reader most of my life so I think in words, I analyze in words and I visualize words. Words constitute dialogue.
