So if twitter suspends somebody for "disinformation" when they testified to it under oath and it turns out the person was right, then are they not defaming that persons character and subject to a civil suit where a jury can fuck dorsey in his bearded lady mouth?

Section 230 protects websites from lawsuits for what users post, not what the website adds to a user's post.
