lolbertarian wishfull thinking. people should.... ideally it would work this way.... people ought to do this.... no. people must have hard boundaries and be punished for lying, misleading, biased broadcasting, trespass, theft and all manner of tort. instead of moralizing you need to speak in terms of legality. instead of 'companies should not pollute the river' say 'your pollution of the river is nonconcentual theft of the commons, involuntary transaction, it is not fully informed, it is a negative externality and non productive and will be fully punished for these trespasses of the commons.

So you want government to regulate morality. Again, it already is now and it sucks. You're just upset that it's not you who is in control. Your mentality is just like the left's. "All those other attempts at communism weren't real communism, but if I were in control, then everything would work." This is where you are now. "Not real fascism!" Except it is, and you're not in control, because someone who was a lot more ambitious than you were made it happen, just like us "lolbertarians" said would happen. Well congratulations, your wish came true. You got your fascism.
