The most powerful institution in America is the jury. Time to get the conservatives to sign up for jury nullification. Everyone should stop paying taxes, and every time the case goes before a jury as a criminal prosecution, the people need to simply nullify the law. Make it where there are no criminal penalties for tax evasion.

Agreed. That said, if the law was nullified, those people would be released. You have to talk about it first and start nullifying before there can be widespread implementation. Once jury nullification is in the minds of people, they will be able to undo much of the communist legal tactics.

That's true. This only works as long as they keep up the charade that they honor the constitution.
