Hahahaha! Yes it's all true... except for the 'hood' talk. I live on 5 forested mountain acres with nary another house in sight. Got my five acres with two homes and a shed for mere $40,000. A steal. No mortgage. Taxes were under $300 last year. Not paradise, but it is for me. So get outta town and move up to the Blue Ridge Mountains! I'll buy you your first mountain craft beer.
No thanks. We don't want anymore transplants running here. All they do is whine about our culture and loud trucks oy vey boo hoo. I love watching the outsiders crumble as they begin to feel very inadequate around real white people.
May I ask where (approximately) do you live? Our locals do call Floridians 'Floridiots" but lightheartedly. I've lived all over, and never felt unwanted any place. Originally from Louisiana, we were warm and welcoming folks.
