I've been glued to the internet since the 6th and from all the crazy shit that I've read and what's happened since, I honestly feel sick. Like my soul has the chinaflu. I feel spiritually drained. I know I need to get offline but I'm already too far into it, it'll be like turning the movie off right at the climax.

We might see the biggest stalemate in history.

Be Excellent to Each Other.

A few times, easily one of my favorites. It lays out the mentality of leftists perfectly

A late night co-worker, Randy Sallamonie, kept talking about it, so I finally borrowed his copy and took it home. Took a week to read it and a year to process it all. That was 1983. Bought several over the years and made gifts each time after reading. Later I went trucking and realized how Ayn Rand did the places and names in the book. Toohey came from a main drag in Chicago from her time there. Galt's gulch, the train tunnel and the name Taggart came from her train ride when she moved to California. train stop in Taggart, Utah had the gulch and the tunnel. I one day stopped there and left a copy of Atlas Shrugged in their lending library. Oh yes, and the name Galt is from a town near Lodi in California. Don't wanna bore you with all the rest, but that's how it all metastasized in her mind. Similar way Star Wars was written.
