That's not a micro burst. That is a monsoon downpour, also known as fuck this spot in particular. A micro burst is tornado like winds going in one direction in a very small area, a few blocks normally. I had one blow off some roof tiles a few months back and where I used to live one snapped at least a dozen huge mesquite trees all in the same direction, at the same moment. All of them snapping at once sounded like an extended thunder clap.
