Yeah it did. They filled up all the apartments here. On the other hand, after Ike, Galveston's slums got cleaned up quite a bit. Some parts are actually fairly nice. But I don't know who lives in the 'nice' houses necessarily, we'll find out soon enough if that area begins to waste away.
