A good fighter pilot, not the best. Lothar von Richtofen was arguably deadlier than his famous brother: 40 kills in only 77 sorties at wars end.

The world today is filled with an endless stream of faux heroes. Celebrities, politicians, you name it and few actually deserve to be called heroes. But the world around us is filled with real life heroes, too ... ones who rarely get the credit they deserve and even when they do, it's a small story somewhere that is quickly forgotten.
