Nothing wrong with populist rhetoric in the realm of democratic politics, you need to be smart with the masses. You paint him as a malicious manipulator but forget that all politics is but sweet lies. That's why he smashed the democratic disunity and banished all other parties, I'd be sickened with having to lie to the people en mass too.
Hitler still was very much 'spiritual', and spoke of 'Providence instead of any God. He likely dabbled in esoteric beliefs of many types but nobody knows for sure. A secret he took to the Fuehrerbunker (or Argentina).
You paint him as a malicious manipulator
That's your interpretation of the facts, not my words. I am simply pointing him out as a manipulator of the masses to gain and maintain support like ALL successful politicians have done and will continue to do.
Hitler still was very much 'spiritual', and spoke of 'Providence instead of any God.
That was public Hitler. Private Hitler was a staunch atheist and that evidence goes back as far as 1920, as cited above. He most certainly made it clear that he did not believe in the Divine, Providence, God, etc. Those were public statements he made to maintain support with the majority Christian German population.
He likely dabbled in esoteric beliefs of many types but nobody knows for sure. A secret he took to the Fuehrerbunker (or Argentina).
He did not. He mocked Himmler for Himmler's pursuit of the spiritual and occult, outright calling him names for it, publicly.
