No, really. Why. What could possibly be the reason for me to need to re-store a USB-c cable or extension cable in the ziploc bag it came in?

What is the point? No, I am not saving it. Its Chinese crap anyway, I don't want to store anything else in it either.

Am I wrong or something? Do any of you order random stuff that comes in a ZipLoc and think "why"?

They just use them. I understand what you are saying, they need to package them, and instead of putting them into a plastic bag and closing it with tape, a ziploc bag is just easier way.
