I'm trying to order some parts for a Hallicrafters S38-C rebuild, and the only method the company takes is paypal.

Normally you can just pay as a guest, and not create an account with the processor - just like every other payment processor in the world, but not with this place. I suspect it's more of a "I don't know what I'm doing" with the company but still. paypal just sucks, it sucks bad, and it's sucked since the day it was created.

Why do companies still use that payment processor? They have such inane walking on glass policies that it's only a matter of time before you get burnt with them.

I did some digging into my issue, apparently guest payments have to be activated and/or you can't have used an email address that you've used before.

So I created "<paypalsucksdick@mydomain.com>" and tried that, still won't do it. Apparently this merchant doesn't have guest payments turned on, or his shitty storefront with the time set Alaska Standard isn't set up well.
